Marty’s X-Country to-do list:

1. After each run, remember to  do 100 calf raises: this will help prevent shin splints

2. Warm-ups need to be at least 20-minutes in length

3. Head to the weight room at least 3-times a week (weight rooms opens @ 2:50PM on Mon., Tues, & Thurs.) — the weight room will be a requirement for each of our sports teams during the winter months——first lift then run:)
